Program Description

A fabulous 1-day hands-on cheese making class in the foothills of the Berkshires. This class covers fresh mozzarella, whole milk ricotta, whey ricotta, farmhouse cheddar, queso blanco, fromage blanc, mascarpone, yogurt & creme fraiche.
