Group and Private Classes in Florence and Lucca
Group lessons are scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays in English and Italian. Private classes may be scheduled for any date in any language. You may take one class or combine them to focus on your interests.

Two-week Language and Culinary Program in Florence
Pane, Vino e Lingua combines morning language instruction with afternoon culinary and cultural activities. During the morning you learn the Italian language in a group lesson and during the afternoon you discover the secrets of Tuscan wines and cookery.

One-week Residential Fish Cooking Course in Elba Island
In the Mediterranean bush typical of the islands, alternating with vineyards and olive groves, you will find one of the most interesting and traditional Tuscan fish cookeries. Stay in Casa Valdese in Rio Marina, a friendly guesthouse of the Waldensian church in the centre of town. Features fishing trips in the open sea, fish cookery classes, island tour of food and wine products.

One-week Cookery Course in Maremma
Maremma, in southern coastal Tuscany, is well known for excellent full-bodied and strong wines. The traditional wild boar salami and salsicce, accompanied by hand-made tortelli and tagliatelle, are typical specialties of Maremma cuisine. Concetta, owner of a Bar and a Guesthouse, introduces you to the ingredients of the simple Maremma food.
