Tasty Tuscany - Mediterranean & Vegetarian Italian Family Cooking

Tasty Tuscany - Mediterranean & Vegetarian Italian Family Cooking

When Food, Art and Good Company Meet in the Heart of Tuscany

A great opportunity to live for a week in a real Tuscan home, learning about authentic and organic Italian food, touring beautiful art sites, relaxing in the luxuriant garden or at the salt water pool, meeting your hosts Pat and Paolo, their family and friends.

At Tasty Tuscany the hands-on experience in the kitchen is enriched by the daily guided art tour, visits to wine and food producers, open markets and art workshops.

Maximum eight people/week to better enjoy each other's company and maximize attention from your hosts. Quality requires time and care!

From North to South, Italian cooking is a feast of colors, symphony of aromas and dance of tastes. At Tasty Tuscany you'll experience a unique Culinary Adventure that starts from our Traditional Family Recipes. It's La Cucina Povera and we teach you the tips to make you feel confident in the kitchen.

Seasonal recipes start from picking vegetables and herbs in our organic garden, collecting eggs in the chicken coop, and shopping at the colorful open markets.

From antipasti to dessert, in each class we experience the traditional way to the table. Nothing too complicated: just tasty! Something to eat everyday, not only special occasions.

The main reason for being here is to learn how to be confident in the kitchen and enjoy expressing your creativity. You are the main ingredient! Cooking is a way to discover yourself and share it with others.
