Our school is in our stunning sixteenth-century palazzo, a private Renaissance palace located in Bologna’s Historic Center. Conducted in a modern restaurant kitchen with individual work areas, our hands-on classes are small and you always receive individual attention.

Basics of Great Italian Cooking (Emilia-Romagna) • May 17-23 and October 4-10 Features six days of cooking classes, Bologna's outdoor market, visits to Ravenna and a UNESCO World Heritage site, and a drive along the Adriatic coast to a Michelin-star experience.
Taste of Emilia-Romagna • May 5-9 and September 13-17 Features four days of cooking and restaurants, a countryside tour visiting culinary artisans, a Michelin-star luncheon in Modena.
Savoring Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany • May 24-30 and September 20-26 Features cooking classes in two great food and wine regions, plus markets, restaurants and stay on a Tuscan wine estate! Visits to Siena, Greve in Chianti and Florence.
October Truffle Festival (Emilia-Romagna and Piedmont) • October 11-18 Features one week of classic Italian cooking, a Piemontese winery visit, a private cooking class and dinner with a Michelin-star chef, a private truffle hunt, Alba’s Truffle Fair.
Hands-on courses include: 4-day Taste of Emilia-Romagna, 6-day Basics of Great Italian Cooking, 6-day Savoring Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany, 7-day October Truffle Festival.
