Our school is in our stunning sixteenth-century palazzo, a private Renaissance palace located in Bologna’s Historic Center. Conducted in a modern restaurant kitchen with individual work areas, our hands-on classes are small and you always receive individual attention.
We begin in the lively outdoor market where you learn how to select the best. Then we stroll to our palazzo and make delectable meals! Enjoy the finest in Italian cooking — an experience you’ll savor for a lifetime!
