Tuscan Way - La Via dei Sensi - Tours and Cooking Courses in Tuscany

Experience Tuscany Like a True Tuscan

Tuscan Way provides a unique and rare opportunity to live and experience life, as it really is, in Tuscany. We specialize in hands-on cooking course holidays designed for small groups and taught by master chefs. We introduce our guests to the locals, letting them witness firsthand the culture, tradition and land.

Tuscan Way offers one- to five-day cooking vacations at:
• Casa Innocenti, situated next to a castle atop the picturesque medieval village of Arcidosso
• La Locanda del Prete, a small Inn, owned and operated by Carlo Innocenti, a master chef who has been an artisan, an owner of discotheques and owned several well-known restaurants.
• Villa Gaia, a charming country estate that produces olive oil and has an outdoor swimming pool
• Villa Torremozza, a working agriturismo producing it’s own wines and olive oils
• Villa Poggiarello in the peaceful, elegant Maremma country side
• Rosa dei Venti, a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse
• Villa Castelletti, a noble estate near Florence in Northern Tuscany
• The tiny medieval hamlet of Bagno Vignoni, in Southern Tuscany.

Wine tours are offered at La Locanda del Prete and Villa Gaia.

Guests learn how to prepare dishes typical of Tuscany (la cucina povera Toscana/Tuscan country cooking) and how to enjoy, recognize and appreciate its famous wines. Daily guided cultural excursions to the little towns of the area are also offered.
