Provencal Cooking at Les Tuillières

Provencal Cooking at Les Tuillières

While you're vacationing in France, spend a week in the charming setting of a 17th-century farmhouse where you'll learn new skills in Provençale cooking. Hermann and Susan Jenny's guests at Les Tuillières, their B&B in Drôme Provençale, have been requesting recipes and cooking lessons since they began in 1995. Courses are offered April-October, except August.

With Hermann's expertise as a trained chef in classical French cooking and his long career managing luxury hotels, you can be certain of an entertaining experience and fun at mealtimes.

The herb garden and family vegetable patch assure you a health-conscious menu. There's a heated pool for a relaxing swim and 40 acres of fields, woods and stream with a 2 km. nature trail for walking off extra calories.
