HOW TO BE HAPPY

There are many ways to be happy, but if you are a logical person looking for happiness, you'll have to admit being happy at least twice a day can be a a very good start.

So, to eat well twice a day, or even once a day will result in a glow of happiness that might well spread into the rest of the day. I would say well-fed is even more important than well-read.

If you want to control your budget and your waistline, you'll have to learn how to cook for yourself and by extension for others; using good ingredients which are not necessarily expensive and a few simple pots and pans and some true and tried techniques that are easily mastered.

There is no faster or more delicious way of doing this or increasing happiness brought on by good cooking than taking classes taught by a thoroughly non-snooty instructor at La Cuisine Sans Peur, who has been doing so successfully for over thirty years and making people appreciate good cooking and happiness.

READ ON and SIGN UP! Your take-out and restuaruant expenses will shrink considerably.

"It has always been my intention to teach students to enjoy food for God's gift that it is, and to be able to create good dishes in their kitchens because that is where good memories and social life have their beginnings. Short cuts, whether to do with time or ingredients are usually bad for good cooking and therefore are of no interest to me."

Henri-Etienne Lévy is one of those superb cooks and teachers who work at home. He has been imparting the techniques of classical French cooking for twenty years through classes he calls "La Cuisine Sans Peur" ("Cooking Without Fear").
