The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE)

The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE)

The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City runs a wide variety of hands-on cooking, pastry, baking and wine education programs. Over 1,500 classes are offered seven days and nights a week. Each year, over 23,000 students choose to learn a variety of popular regional and international cuisines alongside prominent chefs in small classes. Courses for all skill levels range from preparing a complete steakhouse menu and learning to fillet a fish to cooking a Tuscan feast or baking the perfect eclair. ICE also features New York's leading wine school where basic to advanced palates taste the world's wine with master Sommeliers or attend cocktail classes with top mixologists.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff, guest celebrity chefs, twelve professionally-equipped kitchens and unique curriculum earned ICE the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Avocational Culinary School of the Year in 2002.

The Institute's newest division is Private Parties/Special Events. Our popular cooking parties includE cocktails, hands-on cooking, and a four-course meal. Dozens of leading financial, consulting, legal and media firms and families have learned that a cooking party is the ideal way to celebrate a birthday, entertain clients, or build camaraderie.

Seating is limited and classes sell-out fast! New class schedules are released in December, April and August. Register online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reserve your seat now!
