Good Tastes of Tuscany

Good Tastes of Tuscany

Welcome to Good Tastes of Tuscany Cooking Class

Experience firsthand the good tastes of Tuscany with our personalized cooking and wine classes and tours that expose you to an intimate side of Italian lifestyle and the best that Tuscany has to offer.

Programs
Our single and multi-day classes and one-week culinary adventures are hands-on, use the freshest ingredients, and sample the olive oil and wine produced at the Villa Pandolfini. Single day classes include the introductory First Taste of Tuscany and, for more experienced cooks, An Italian Immersion. Bella Toscana!, a two- or three-day course, is for those who desire a more intense kitchen experience. The seven-day Villa Pandolfini Gastronomical Adventure features cooking classes, visits to food markets and wineries, and cultural excursions.

Instructors
Lisa and Maurizio, native Florentines, co-directed the renowned Florence restaurant Du Monde, until 2000, when the master chef and wine connoisseur were inspired to take their combined knowledge and love of Tuscan food from the kitchen to the classroom. Lisa worked alongside expert chefs in some of Florence's top restaurants and both have studied at Tuscany's L'Isituto Etoile di Chioggia.

Testimonials
"Lisa & Maurizio provided us with clear instruction for cooking, excellent recipes, lots of secret tricks. We had the best food and lots of laughs and fun!" - Pam Brewis

"Excellent presentation in a fabulous setting by a very experienced and charming staff." - Mary Glatzmaier
