Classes are held in a private studio, specifically equipped and designed to enhance your cooking experience.

Market visits are including in the morning classes offered by chef Eric Fraudeau, where you will select the day's produce to whip up your 3-course meal.
The wine flows and you can be sure to discover new flavors in a small group of no more than 6 people.
Private lessons are also available upon request.
