We offer single day Catalan cooking classes and market visit in the heart of Barcelona, and 1- Day, 3-Day and 6-Day hands-on Catalan cooking and wine vacations in El Priorat during the whole year. These include daily cooking classes, Priorat winery visits, cultural excursions, and an olive oil tasting presentation.
Catacurian is a fourth generation stone house located in the small village of El Masroig in the Priorat region of Catalonia Spain and restored into a luxurious 3 bedroom/bathroom private boutique hotel with fully equipped teaching kitchen, wine tasting room with adjoining wine cellar, and all of the amenities for a comfortable stay.
1-,3-,4- & 6-day cooking vacation programs that include classes in Catalan cuisine, Priorat wines & olive oils. 6-day programs include grape or olive-picking sessions at certain times of the year. 1-day market visits & cooking classes in Barcelona city.

Alicia Juanpere Artigas learned Catalan cooking at an early age from her mother, later studied at Terra d'Éscudella & Bell-Art chef schools in Barcelona & has worked at Restaurante Julian Tomas.
