Program Description The 4-month Certificate Program in Culinary Arts explores classic French and American cooking techniques. Other programs: Wine Studies; Cheese Studies; ServSafe Certification; and a master’s in Gastronomy (these students may take courses for credit).

Costs Culinary Arts certificate tuition is $13,400, plus an application fee of $50; the MLA in Gastronomy is $760/credit.
