Each hands-on class focuses on a different cuisine, from Classic French to Texas Hill Country. You will get to try your hand at scores of recipes, learn basic and advanced techniques, take home tips to make cooking easier and fun, and delight in the fruits of your labor with full meals of everything you cook in class. Executive Chef Mark Malowski will help you build your confidence by teaching you practical principles and techniques--from how to purchase the freshest seasonal foods to preparation, presentation, and serving. You'll return home with a smile on your face, a manual filled with information, and more recipes to stimulate your creativity in the kitchen. You can be a novice or an expert and still come away with a few culinary secrets in tow.
