Antonella Tagliapietra's courses are fully hands-on, instructive and fun. The focus is the cuisine of the Veneto; its antipasti, pastas, risottos, gnocchi, crespelle, sorbets, mains and desserts. Ingredients used are seasonal; you might prepare an asparagus lasagne, a pumpkin risotto, crespelle stuffed with radicchio di Treviso.....
